Loji Store provides delivery services across all cities of Pakistan, including major and remote areas through trusted courier partners.


2. Delivery Timeframe

Estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Karachi: 1–3 working days
  • Major Cities (Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.): 2–5 working days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 working days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or operational issues.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges may apply depending on your location and order weight.
  • The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm the order.
  • Free shipping may be offered on selected promotions or minimum purchase amounts.

4. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
  • Orders confirmed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

5. Order Confirmation

Once you place an order:

  • You will receive a confirmation message or email.
  • Our team may contact you on 0312-2387183 for order verification if needed.

Unverified orders may be delayed or canceled.


6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking ID (if applicable).
  • You can use the tracking number on the respective courier’s website to monitor your shipment status.

7. Delivery Attempts

  • The courier will make 2 delivery attempts.
  • If you are unavailable, the parcel may be returned to Loji Store and you may need to pay reshipping charges.

8. Incorrect Address / Customer Error

Loji Store is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information
  • Additional shipping charges for resending the parcel
  • Parcels returned due to customer unavailability

Please double-check your address and contact details before placing the order.


9. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video as proof.
  • Report any issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • If a parcel is lost during transit, Loji Store will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.

10. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:

  • Please ensure you have the exact amount at the time of delivery.
  • Refusal to accept the parcel may result in account restrictions on future purchases.
