Return & Refund Policy
At Loji Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we are here to help. Please read the policy carefully to understand how returns and refunds work.
1. Eligibility for Return
You may request a return or replacement ONLY if:
- The product is damaged upon delivery
- The product is defective
- The product received is incorrect
- The product is incomplete (missing parts)
To be eligible:
- You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- You MUST provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue
Returns without proof will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Used or damaged products by customer
- Hygiene/personal care items
- Items bought on sale, mega deals, or clearance (unless defective)
- Accessories without original packaging
- Gift cards or digital items
3. Return Process
Follow these steps if your product meets the criteria:

- Reason for return
- Unboxing video/photos
- Our team will review the issue within 1–3 working days.
- If approved, we will arrange the return pickup or ask you to send it back via courier.
Customer may be required to pay return shipping charges if the product is NOT defective.
4. Replacement Policy
We will offer a replacement if:
- The same item is in stock
- Your return is approved
- The product meets the eligibility criteria
If the item is out of stock, you may choose:
- A different product (price difference may apply)
- A refund (if applicable)
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only when:
- A product is out of stock after payment
- A defective/incorrect item cannot be replaced
- Loji Store cancels the order before shipping
Refunds are processed via:
- Bank Transfer
- Easypaisa / JazzCash
Refund Time: 3–7 working days after approval
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
- If canceled before shipping, full refund applies (if prepaid)
- If canceled after shipping, cancellation is not allowed and return rules apply
Loji Store may cancel the order due to:
- Stock issues
- Wrong address
- Unreachable customer
- Suspicious activity
7. Important Conditions
- Unboxing video is mandatory for all claims
- Damaged packaging without product damage is not considered defective
- Color/design variations may occur due to lighting or display differences and are not eligible for return
- If customer refuses the parcel without reason, they may be restricted from future COD orders
